Tinie Tempah has been working on breaking the US for a little while now and it seems that for his next project he may be enlisting the help of Cash Money Records co-founder Birdman.
Yesterday, UK producer S-X, who has recently worked with Tinie, tweeted the proposal to the label CEO himself, as well as DJ Folk, renowned for A&R on hip hop releases such as Lil Wayne’s Tha Carter IV

So could this mean Tinie is reaching out to these music industry masterminds in order to take his status in America to the next level?
Although the Pass Out rapper is currently on tour with Lupe Fiasco, he still hasn’t made the biggest impression across the pond. The Americans are a tough crowd, which became apparent after the single Till I’m Gone did not do as well as he had hoped despite featuring Wiz Khalifa.
Cash Money has already worked wonders for Jay Sean’s US chart success, so maybe this could be a wise career move on Tinie’s part.
