A group of gang members who stabbed a 15-year-old boy from Brixton to death have been jailed for life.

The boys were part of the Guns and Shanks gang and set-upon Zac Olumegbon who was linked to a rival gang, TN1, as he arrived at the Park Campus school gates in West Norwood.

Zac was chased into a nearby garden by the gang members armed with two knives where he was stabbed to death. The bright schoolboy was knifed in the heart, neck and buttock and left dying in the back garden of a house just 100 metres from the school on 2 July.

All five of the killers initially denied being at the scene of the crime, but after police found their fingerprints and Zac’s blood in the get away car driven by Shaquille Haughton, four of them accepted being present .
