The Fiancée of police shooting victim, Mark Duggan whose death sparked the summer riots, was let off a drug charge with a caution on Friday.

30-year-old Semone Wilson was arrested on suspicion of possessing cocaine and ecstasy with intent to supply after police raided her home on 8 June. Wilson could have faced a maximum penalty of life imprisonment but was let off with a police caution after admitting possession.

The news comes as her family continue to accuse police of operating a ‘shoot to kill’ policy and of gunning Mr Duggan down in ‘cold blood’.
