Celebrity fixer Chris Nathaniel who brokered the business deal between Jay-Z and Ashely Cole has been arrested on suspicion of the murder of 18-year-old Danny O’Shea. Chris, 39, was bailed by police just days after quitting his job as director of Rio Ferdinand’s Youth Foundation. Nathaniel was arrested by murder squad police as he landed in Heathrow returning from a business trip in the US.
Chris and a friend were both held for questioning regarding the death of O’Shea who was stabbed in the neck after being chased by a gang. The teenager bled to death outside his mothers house in Canning Town, East London.
Chris,who has been involved in a number of celebrity and sportsmen deals with his entertainment group NVA, helped with the multi-million tie up deal between Ashley and Jay-Z to open up a London branch of Jay-Z’s 40/40 bar and restaurant. He has also been involved with other deals that include working with the likes of Jonh Terry, Usain Bolt and Tony Blair on anti-knife crime. Oh the irony.
Nine other suspects have been held regarding the death of Danny which happened last year December 2.
