Stunning supermodel Naomi Campbell showed the world that she still has what it takes, as she took to the catwalk to close the Roberto Cavalli show at Milan Fashion Week .

Naomi looked nowhere near her 41-years as she strutted her stuff in a backless gown, exposing her well toned body.

So what is Naomi doing to keep herself so slim? Well in 2009 she revealed in an interview with Oprah Winfrey that she diets on a cocktail of Maple syrup, cayenne pepper, lemon juice and water. She said:

I try to do this three times a year. The most I’ve ever done it for is 18 days. It’s good just to clean out your body once in a while.

Sounds gross to us, but if it works I guess it’s worth it?

The model added that she relies on gyrotonic workouts, that’s a mix between gymnastics, yoga and pilates to us. She said:

I don’t like workouts that make you bulky. This really stretches you. What I like about gyrotonics is you feel like you really elongated yourself for the day. As we all get older, everything changes and moves, and there’s natural ways to exercise. I think it’s important, and I think it’s something that can help keep things in place.
