Rap duo Krept and Konan spent time at Bell Lane Primary School in north West London on Tuesday giving young children an inspirational talk about achieving their goals in life.

The visit was a part of The Look At Me Now Project, which seeks to ‘improve the academic achievement, self-esteem, social competence, and avoidance of problem/high-risk behaviour’ of young people.

During their visit Krept and Konan spoke about their gang filled past, and how they managed to turn their lives around by pursuing what they love most, music. Konan also told the children that he wishes he knew then what he knows now and how he wants to help them avoid making the same mistakes he did when he was younger.

It’s nice to see a different, more serious side to the lads and they definitely get extra brownie points from us.
