The original Sugababes have secured a £1 million record deal with Polydor records and boy are we excited. Because if the original singers can make a comeback then so can Craig David and we can relive those wonderful years of proper good music once again.
Mutya Buena, Siobhan Donaghy and Keisha Buchanan have been working on some new material this year, collaborating with a lot of high-profile singers and producers and as for the current line-up, well they appear to be on some sort of ‘break’.
Though unfortunately for the originals, they’re going to have to come up with a new name, because the ‘Sugababes’ is taken.
We reckon they should do some sort of competition to pick a name for the group, where the winner gets to be a standby member in case of a fall out. Or they could just call themselves Sugarbabes, that’s with an R, and cause a bit of scandal.
How we love a reunion.
