Femcee Mz Bratt got all glammed up for a recent photoshoot for Notion Magazine’s April issue, which features Rita Ora on the front cover. Mz Bratt works her signature dark blonde curls and make up artist Claudine Henderson went for a Gothic look with dark red lips, eyes accented with heavy eyeliner and dark eyeshadow for the full smoky eye effect, which makes her green eyes stand out.
In this shoot stylist Aaron Francis Walker went for an androgynous look which really suits Mz Bratt’s hard image, but the statement red lip and feminine make up ensure she still exudes that girl next door appeal that we all love. Hair stylist Marcia Lee creates a feminine and wild afro look with Mz Bratt’s natural curls to express her fiery personality while keeping the shoot fashion forward and edgy.
We’re absolutely loving the gorgeous Union Jack nails by Sophie at The Illustrated Nail (we may need her to pop down to the Pappzd HQ to give the girls some manicures). Even when Mz Bratt’s face is hidden from the camera she exudes a boss lady chic aura. The fact that this image is in black and white adds more power to the shoot, and with Mz Bratt’s new track Falling Down getting loads of radio play we are glad she is showing people who the real female boss is.
