As the sun came out in London yesterday, so did reggae loving party-goers as mini festival Relaxation Generation took place at Vibe Bar, Brick Lane to see the launch of the new Marley’s Mellow Mood drinks brand.
Crates of Marley’s Mellow Mood drinks were flowing as more than 40 acts, both legendary and young new talent, performed across three stages. Performers included Mz Bratt, George the Poet, Gappy Ranks, Elizabeth Troy and Smiler among others. The mini-festival also showed a screening of the recent box office smash Marley chronicling the life of Bob Marley from the perspectives of those who knew him closely.
The scorching weather, live music, free jerk chicken and electric atmosphere made Relaxation Generation a big hit and after almost a full day of music, party goers were still enjoying themselves until 3am.
The event was held to celebrate the UK launch of relaxation drink Marley’s Mellow Mood – which is endorsed by the Marley family so imagine my surprise when just as I was writing this review piece a courier arrived with the fabulously designed gift box in the pictures above containing four sample Marley’s Mellow Mood drinks.
Definitely 5 Stars to their PR and marketing team! Take a look at our photos from the event below.
Unfortunately, our photographer didn’t arrive in time to catch all the acts, tsk… tsk… so as soon as we get the full press pictures we’ll update them below.
