One of my favourite models, Jourdan Dunn, took to the runway at New York Fashion Week to strut her stuff in the Alexander Wang show.
She must have been feeling pretty confident after her appearance in the London 2012 Olympic Closing Ceremony where she stunned the crowd alongside Naomi Campbell and Kate Moss.
Jourdan wore a gorgeous black cut out top which covered her hips and had a beautifully twisted design, accompanied by a leather skirt. The plastic shoes with black stripe detailing echo her head adornment and black plastic straps below her knees. Jourdan was understandably very excited about the show, and had a unique way of getting ready…
The backstage music at Alexander Wang is getting me AMPED up for the show! Ludacris,Biggie,Jay Z,bone thugs n harmony. Yo I'm ready! #NYFW

The Alexander Wang Spring 2013 collection featured a futuristic take on his signature sports-luxe designs, with boxy shirts and bermuda shorts ripped into strips, and then brought back together with fishing wire. Wang included white, beige and black in his collection, so it’s clear that the focus on neutrals will not be going away anytime soon.
