Hackney hip-hop artist Mikill Pane has officially signed to Mercury Records and it’s about time too. In the last year, he’s toured with Ed Sheeran, Rizzle Kicks and US rapper Mac Miller and dropped some impressive mixtapes, including The Guinness & Blackcurrant EP, which reached No.4 in the iTunes hip-hop charts.
The Little Lady star has also collaborated with established artists such as Paloma Faith, Example and most notably Ed Sheeran, so it seems only right that he has finally bagged a record deal for himself.
Mikill announced the news on Thursday afternoon via his Instagram and Twitter accounts with a few snapshots of him and his new Mercury Records family.
I moved to a new planet today. Proud to announce that I am now signed & I'm on Mercury Records. http://t.co/ViCknXXu
