X Factor singer Rebecca Ferguson is being sued by her former management company.

Modest Management, the company which until this year was hired to look after all X Factor stars, are attempting to sue Rebecca for breach of contract after she terminated the five-year agreement early.

Rebecca made her decision following events of the last few months, including an occasion when the Liverpudlian singer tweeted complaints about Modest Management’s handling of her ill-health.

In one of her tweets about the company she accused them of:

However, Rebecca is not the only X Factor star to be left dissatisfied with Modest Management. Although every contestant’s contract is five years long, stars such as Alexandra Burke left Modest after the flop of her second album; along with Cher Lloyd leaving the management prematurely and Stacey Solomon also getting sued after ending her contract early.

Rebecca seems to be ready for any upcoming legal battles, as she tweeted:
