Eccentric New York City rapper Nicki Minaj, must have had a lot of concern and worry about people back home on her mind when she took to the stage for the London leg of her Pink Friday: Roman Reloaded tour at the O2 Arena last night.

And it seems she was ever the consummate professional, not letting anything prevent her delivering what is reported to have been nothing short of a fantastic night, given fan and peer reactions.

Supported by Misha B, who reportedly gave a stellar performance, and young money label-mate Tyga, the night was dubbed as ‘legendary’ by popular Radio 1 DJ Tim Westwood who was at the show.

A staggering crowd of 16,000 fans were treated to a set list, consisting of songs from her debut album, follow-up effort and even a bashment set tying in with the New York rapper’s Trinidadian roots.

Nicki, who is known for her outrageous costumes and unpredictable performances, bought along a glow in the dark spaceship and a graffiti backdrop, just for those who thought she had forgotten those hood elements that made her famous!
