The new Adam has already been ordered by over 4000 individuals and the Audi A1 rivalling city car won’t be out till next month.
The Mini hatchback and Fiat 500 are its main enemies and at the moment it’s looking good for the Adam because it’s half way through its first year sales target of 8000 units.
With a starting price of just £11,255, the Adam’s major selling point is that it offers an unprecedented level of customisation – even when compared to the 500 and Mini.
Buyers can choose from no fewer than 20 different alloy wheel designs, 12 exterior colours, 18 dash panels finishes and 15 seat ‘treatments’.
The floating roof can be chosen in contrasting colours too, while inside there is a choice of patterned roof linings, including a headlining which is lit with 64 LEDs. Only Rolls-Royce offers this!
