A survey of 52,140 UK mobile users by On Device Research has thrown up some interesting results. The survey asked users how satisfied they were with their mobile phones on a scale of 1-10 (10 being the most satisfied).
HTC’s flagship One X was the stand out winner. It scored an average of 8.47 while the hugely popular iPhone 5 averaged 8.21.
The multi-million selling Samsung Galaxy S3 only received an average 8.09 and I can’t help but wonder if it has anything to do with the sudden death problems which have emerged.
The other phones which made up the top 5 were the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 (8.18) and the Samsung Galaxy S3 Mini (also 8.18).
If anything, it does show that Samsung users are generally happy with their purchases, but HTC take the crown.
