Little Mix have announced that their second more album will be more RnB than their first and say they would like it to be more dancey than their debut.

The group have revealed that they will be heading to America soon and once they return, they will begin work on the new album. They’ve already gathering inspiration for their follow-up and claim they will not go down the David Guetta, generic route (thank God for that!).

While speaking on inspirations and influences for the project, band member Jesy Nelson said:

I personally want to put a lot more dancey stuff in there. As in, one of the songs that comes on in a club that makes you want to dance. Not that David Guetta sound, but more R&B – a bit like Eve and Gwen Stefani’s Let Me Blow Your Mind.

I think they can pull off an RnB sound nicely, they can all sing so it would be great to see them put a young and fresh twist on the genre. That’s what we need at the moment, right?
