The first pictures of a ‘real’ Samsung Galaxy S4 have appeared online. The Samsung flagship device is due to be officially presented on 14 March, but a Chinese forum has posted pictures of what is likely to be the best selling smartphone this year.

The design is very similar to the Galaxy S3, but the phone is bigger due to a huge 5-inch screen. Samsung seem to have adopted the ‘if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it’ attitude with the looks (which is no bad thing).

It’s worth noting that Samsung usually creates three or four prototypes for new devices, so the final version may look slightly different to what we see here.

The Galaxy S4 is almost certain to have a 13megapixel camera, 2GB RAM, 1.7Ghz processor and run Android 4.2.1. The 5-inch HD screen should be amazing to look at.

Rumours on the net also say the S4 will have a feature that knows which part of the screen you are looking at. It will then follow your eyes meaning you may not have to use your hands to scroll through Web pages or text. How cool is that?!

As with all leaks and rumours, we’ll have to wait until Samsung make their official announcement before getting too excited.
