Weeks after Dappy was spared jail for assault on two young females, the singer may find himself in some more legal trouble as last night during a live gig at Play nightclub in Hereford on 29 March and now footage of the incident has surfaced online.

After reports of the dispute had emerged, it wasn’t clear what had triggered his violent outburst but in a new interview with The Sun Dappy claimed that he had hit the man in the face in a form of self defense after the fan in the audience became threatening.

Speaking to the newspaper, he said:

I swung to disarm the glass from his hand. If that glass had hit me it could have been fatal.

Check out the footage from the night below:

After Dappy had hit the man, it then resulted in him being put into a taxi and taken to hospital, following his attempted attack on the singer.

Venue manager of Play nightclub Dan Guerche said in a statement:

A customer lunged through security towards Dappy with a plastic glass in his hand. Dappy, fearing for his safety, pushed the male away to remove the glass from his hand and caught the male on the head.

Seems like he needs to put that Bad Intentions beanie back on, very fitting for his continuous bad behaviour.
