Samsung are obviously not content with having a hundred different Galaxy models (OK that’s an exaggeration, but not far off). The mobile giant is now expected to add even more phones to the line-up.
The Galaxy Win, Galaxy Ace 3 and Galaxy Pocket Neo will be the latest to join the party. These will be added to the existing Galaxy S2/3/4, Galaxy W, Galaxy Note, Galaxy Mini… do I need to go on?
The Galaxy Win will be aimed at mid market and carry a 4.7” Super AMOLED screen, a 1.2Ghz quad-core processor and a 5-megapixel camera.
The Galaxy Ace is the successor to the already popular Galaxy Ace 2 and Galaxy Ace Plus. It will have a 4” screen, a 1.2 Ghz dual-core processor and a 5-megapixel camera.
The Galaxy Pocket Neo will be the ‘budget’ low-end device as it packs a 3″ screen, 1Ghz processor and a 2-megapixel camera. This will be a good first smartphone for those who haven’t yet jumped on the bandwagon.
All handsets should be available around May and offer a cheaper alternative to the monstrous Galaxy S3 and S4.
Meanwhile, rumors are beginning to circulate that a Galaxy S4 mini could also be in the pipeline. As with the S3 mini, it will have a smaller screen than it’s big brother and a less powerful processor (to keep costs down).
Do you thing we need any more Galaxy phones? Let me know in the comments below.
