UK artist Ki-Faro recently shot the video to his latest single The Black Bond, which as the name would suggest, was based on the James Bond franchise.
Starring Ki-Faro as The Black Bond and famous British actor Karl Collins as M, the video shoot had a range of well known Bond characters such as Mary Goodnight, Pussy Galore and May Day.
However not everything ran smoothly during the shoot as one of the actors starring in the video contracted mumps on the morning of the shoot.
This was not the only mishap as Sandra Sze Hwui Yap, who played Mary Goodnight, was suffering from the flu and her constant sneezing meant her make-up needed frequent retouching.
And the problems didn’t end there as Karl Collins’ trousers tore as he was driving the light blue 1971 Mercedes used for the video.
But ever the professionals, Ki-Faro and the team got on with the task at hand and completed the video to The Black Bond in two days with only one problem left to be solved… who stole Ki-Faro’s Made in the Mana t-shirt?
All will be revealed in the video which is set for a May release.
In the meantime, The Black Bond is currently available for a free download.
