Tulisa stands to lose up to £1million worth of sponsors and contracts following the breaking news of her involvement in a £820 cocaine deal over the weekend.
Losing £1million over a £820 drugs deal? Makes sense!
The 24-year-old Female Boss’ biggest loss would come from Bank clothing, the retailer that she has her TFB fashion line with. A representative for the retailer suggested that they were “considering their options” following the news.
A source claimed:
Tulisa’s stint on The X Factor turned her into a very bankable brand in her own right – even though her last album only made number 35 in the charts she’s still been raking in the cash.
But there’s a real concern that she’s finished in terms of endorsements and deals after this.
It’s a real stain on her reputation, and one that won’t be easy to shake off.
A spokesperson for JD Sports, which parents Bank clothing, released the following statement:
We are deeply concerned by the allegations regarding Tulisa’s actions.
We are monitoring the situation closely and will continue to do so as it develops.
It won’t be the only loss she may suffer as Tulisa also released The Female Boss fragrance in a contract with The Perfume Shop.
This is all looking to be very expensive T! Hopefully she’ll learn from her mistakes.
