A 20-year-old man was stabbed to death on Wednesday over an argument which seemed to be over five pounds.
Lamarni Hylton-Reid was found with stab wounds in the Hackney area of London but died two hours later when he was rushed to an east London hospital by police officer who found him.
Although the motive for Lamarni’s killing is not known, owners of a nearby pub suggesting that they overheard guys in the pub talking about the death being over borrowed money which amounted to five pounds.
Tweets from those who appeared to know the victim also seemed to confirm the same speculations:

Yesterday, police stated that robbery was not a motive for the murder.
So far no arrests have been made.
