The killer of 24-year-old Sabrina Moss was armed with a Mac 10 submachine gun and a shotgun, the Old Bailey heard today.
The nursery school teacher who was killed on her 24th birthday outside the Woody Grill in Kilburn, and was shot in the chest by an armed man. Her friend, 24-year-old Sabrina Gachette, who was with her at the time was also shot and remains in hospital.
Martell Rico Warren, 22, has been charged with the murder of Sabrina Moss, the attempted murder of Sabrina Gachette as well as the attempted murder of two other men who were injured at the scene. The two men were initially arrested and questioned regarding their involvement in the incident but were later released. They are believed to be the intended targets of the shooting.
Warren has also been charged with the possession of two firearms – the submachine gun and the shotgun.
He appeared at the Old bailey today for a bail hearing but no bail application was made. Warren will return to court on 19 November for a plea and case management hearing.
