A witness who was 16 when Mark Duggan was shot in 2011, gave evidence at the inquest which backed up suspicions that police planted the gun which was said to be found on Mark.
The girl who gave evidence via videolink, told the court that what she saw “looked dodgy” and stated that an officer had taken an object from Mark’s minicab before running in the direction of Tottenham Hale.
It looked like [the officer] had put something over the object to cover it.
The witness who gave the evidence is also the daughter of another witness known as Miss J, who earlier told the jury that she had seen a police officer take a gun from the minicab Mark was travelling in after he was shot.
The inquest continues.
