iTunes have issued an album refund to an unhappy customer who has ripped down her James Arthur posters and demanded her money back, because she was deeply offended by his recent behaviour.
The X Factor winner shocked his fans after using a homophobic slur in a rap diss for Micky Worthless last week. And one fan was so disappointed that she asked iTunes to give her the money she spent on James’ album, back.
iTunes made an exception to its terms and conditions following the complaint, and sent the unhappy fan Louise, a letter.
The letter reads:
I understand that you would like to cancel the album you have purchased because of the comments made by the artist which you didn’t like. I am happy to help you on this matter. Louise, after reviewing the circumstances of your case, we determined that issuing you a refund for your purchase of “James Arthur” is an appropriate exception to the iTunes Store Terms and Conditions.
Umm, can I get a refund from Simon Cowell for all the time I spent watching James on X Factor? He offended me too!
