A candlelight vigil will be held for Mark Duggan outside Tottenham police station on the day the verdict into the inquest of his death is released.
The inquest was held to decide whether Mark’s shooting by police officers was unlawful or not.
Depending on the verdict, the event could mark a small victory in the case or add to the family’s sadness.
The inquest into Mark’s death at the Royal Courts of Justice has lasted 12 weeks, with the many witness accounts and evidence being left up to 11 jurors to decide the outcome.
The jury retired earlier this week to discuss the case. The vigil is expected to be held at 7pm on the day the verdict is released, and the possible outcomes of the case are lawful killing, unlawful killing or open conclusion.
