Alexandra Burke has been pretty non-existent on the music scene lately and her latest venture may have a lot to do with it.
The singer appeared on ITV’s Lorraine show to talk about what she was up to at the moment and revealed that she’s been training to be a life coach. Telling Lorraine that she was happier with her life now than she had ever been, Alexandra explained her new interest and being in touch with her spiritual side:
I’m in a different space in my life at the moment, I’m actually currently training to be a life coach… I wanted some more balance in my life and it’s definitely brought a different kind of perspective.
I’m definitely way more balanced than I ever was and I’ve been able to come out of my comfort zone, come out of my shell a little bit more.
I’m enjoying life at the moment, I’m really in a happy place, a really spiritual, happy place.
It seems that she’s really happy when she’s not doing music. So, if she’s successful, does this mean she’ll be putting the music to rest permanently?
One thing is for sure though, Alexandra seems to be all about helping the people lately as she’s recently teamed up with Bupa to help raise awareness for type 2 diabetes.
The next Mother Theresa maybe?
