Rough Copy missed out on a place in the X Factor semi-final during a sing off with Luke Friend, but it looks like 2014 may be their year if they get signed with a major.
According to The Sun, label bosses believe that Rough Copy could become the new JLS after the popular boyband quit music last year. Nicholas McDonald who came in second place,will also get signed. But third runner-up Luke Friend is unfortunately being snubbed.
Tamera foster is apparently being offered a development deal to help transform her into a Rihanna/Beyonce/Leona Lewis type of singer.
A Sony insider revealed:
No final decisions have yet been taken on who aside from Sam Bailey will get deals. But Cowell and Sony have their eyes on Rough Copy and Nicholas who are likely to get snapped up next month.
The top eight finalists from 2013’s show will all be on the bill for the X Factor tour, which starts in February.
